Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) in Hong Kong invited all ANTOR members to a Familiarization Tour to Macau on 4th September 2007. The purpose of this tour is to update members with the Macau’s cultural attractions and latest development. The day started with a Heritage Tour with visits to Ruins of St. Paul’s, Na Cha Temple, Section of the Old City Walls, Casa Garden, Protestant Cemetery, St. Anthony’s Church. Following the ANTOR meeting in Tourism Activities Centre, participants had lunch with MGTO senior officials including Director Joao Manuel Costa Antunes for exchange of ideas. The afternoon was spent visiting new developments including Cotai Strip& Venetian, Wynn Resort, Crown Macau,Macau Fisherman’s Wharf. It was a fun and eductaional day out, and once again, thanks MGTO for their hospitality.
